Nice and Mysterious...

Such raw dirty animation worked well for the piece and visually it was very enjoyable to watch. The soundtrack also worked quite well. Being Irish, the stereotypes were still visible but it didn't bug me that much in this. The idea of having it shown through mist was simply genius, and such an exciting incentive whilst animating it! At the moment I'm animating something quite similar for an Irish comedian called Jon Kenny. Before he jumps on stage a small animation of him will play on an overhead projector signalling his arrival.
Anyway, great stuff, it looks wonderful.

TheBoogley responds:

I wasn't sure if it seemed irish enough, but I know what you mean about stereotypes. I hope you upload the animation when it's finished, send me a link when it's out, I'd love to see it.

It wasn't boring at least.

You've got a nice loose colouring method. The character animation and background designs also look nice. However the humour didn't work for me at all and 'Wood' was painful as a song. The professionalism raised the bar but there are some major things wrong with it. You have Animation skills but your way of telling a story is pretty weak.

Great energy, great flow.

Cool, that works for me. It was exciting, gory and the animation was pretty inventive. What made this different to the countless others is that one stickman had the ability to morph and the other used a weapon (i.e. different characterisations).

There's always another way

I admire and respect people who can create beauty out of nothing. From the wondrous landscape to the classic soundtrack, the game works wonderfully. The game play is very simple, but is thoroughly enjoyable throughout. It wasn't flashy or colourful and I felt there was a great sense of modesty to the atmosphere; it didn't feel as if other people were playing the same game, it felt like it was MY game.

Kajenx responds:

Wow, that's really cool! Thanks for sharing!

Oh, another nice game attempt!

Very smooth actions when playing the game.
Strong html i presume...?
Keep it up.

A fair game...

Not bad at all.
Of course, it has no orginallity at all besides
the fact that that flubber is pretty desturbing as
its so misterious...

...

Really tough, a nice stab at a game.
Find out more html and fix the sound bug when you lose the
game, and it will be pretty good.

Life Affirming Track

According to my iPod, I've listened to Recent Draft 112 times. That alone should tell you how much I adore this track. Rather than hearing just a song anymore, I hear every element that went into creating what it is now. The 1:40 mark never ceases to uplift me in it's raw power and spiratuality.
I've been writing a short liveaction film now for the past months and I will be including various tracks you have made under Locust Toybox. Recent Draft will be included.

Great beat!

Can't get enough of this! Very odd with it's bloopy/organy tone but terribly interesting. Great beat!

A good 9/10

Wow, it beats all Super Mario Land remix's.
It even goes the extra mile at the end and goes for an aouncore for another 7seconds.
Liked it a lot.

Herro! I am Morgan! Leave me money and get out!
